Husband and wife team, Mark Hillier & Sharon Benjamin have a life-time of experience as touring musicians, live sound production and, in Sharon's case, singer-songwriting. In 2005, tired of crippling debt for recordings that were often compromised by time and budget, they decided to launch Redbak. This allowed them to have complete creative control over their own work and also offer a similar service to the many hard-working touring musicians they knew from their days on the road.

Teaming up with musician, audio engineer and friend, Marcus Hooper, they have developed a tight-knit team that share an obsession with sonic purity and attention to musical detail.

Thirteen years later and Redbak is developing a hard-earned reputation for production excellence that is earning our clients industry awards.
